Broken pivot shoe
We do not have an exact match for this balance shoe but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe should work to replace it. I'm fairly certain this will work for the repair but be sure to compare the specifications to be sure.
The pivot bars most often used with the 15-177 shoe are the 26-030, 26-226, and 26-352. These may not have the same installation hole placement that yours have, so might need to drill at least one new installation hole to install them.
This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw. Based on the stamps on yours, you'll need the S152-4 (4lb coil) and the S152-8 (8lb coil). Another option is to just replace them all with the S152-6 (6lb coil).
To replace the coil supports you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three are used together to create the support.
