Broken pivot shoe, coil guard

Question

Hey there - 2004 simonton install, and the sun/age has finally nuked our coil guard. pictures attached show a pivot shoe that I cannot seem to identify on your parts site, as well as the coil guard that fell apart. I do not see the 3 rings of coil shown here either.

I also need the right tilt window latch replaces as it busted when I put this all back together. Would love to replace the pivot shoes, the coils, the busted tilt latch, and probably the pivot arms on the window. I have two windows of this model left in my house. Hello! Your pivot shoe appears to match our 15-199. This is designed to be compatible with either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165. I think you might have the Series 165 but you'll have to measure your original to know for sure. Assuming it is 3/8", then you can also use our 15-205 triple spring cover.

You mentioned a tilt latch and pivot arms, but I don't see that in your photos. Can you submit a photo of them for me to review?
