Broken plastic part that holds crank handle in place

A quick learner from Princeton NJ says:
Hi, my casement could not open/close after the plastic part that holds the metal crank handle broke. I am attaching some pictures and would appreciate if you can help me find the replacement part. Thanks.

Your old GU operator is no longer made, but you might be able to substitute it with the 39-315 and 39-316 operators. Take a look at the video below and see what you think.
