Need help to replace spring covers or the whole thing, not sure what part is that and how to remove from window frame

Great, thank you for getting that! Our 15-199 looks like a match. Is the width of the coil spring band 3/8" wide? If so, you'd want the Series 165 coil springs but you can reuse the old ones if they're in good shape. For a new triple coil support, I recommend the 15-205.
