Broken window balance and lower widow connection

Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance, but with the 15-198 hook at the top for installation. This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you. Based on the 20D stamp, the metal channel should measure 20 inches long. 

To remove the T-lock shoe, you should be able to pull the stem out towards you and then twist it out of the window channel. With the shoe removed, can you confirm that the width measures 1-1/4" and also see a picture of the back to determine the metal cam style? 

How many balances are you in need of? For custom orders there is minimum of (2) required. Thank you!

The Series 795 channel balance comes equipped with a 1-1/4" shoe. This shoe will need to be removed and replaced with the 15-194 shoe before installation. See the video below. Please note that the 15-194 shoe will need to be purchased additionally from the product page along with the order link.
