Broken window balancer

A home owner from Houston, Texas says:
Broken window balancer, lost pieces inside (pulley etc...) so I need an entire replacement. It's a tiltable window. Dimensions are 27" long and 0.5" x 0.5" cross section

We believe you have a tilt window S765-27 balance, which hooks onto a pivot shoe like our 15-046. Please confirm and If it's a match, you'll need to locate the stamp code on the metal channel to choose the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
