Broken/missing plastic wheel on crank mechanism

Question

There is supposed to be a small plastic wheel on the pin that fits into the channel on the window part of the crank mechanism. It broke into pieces. Is this wheel replaceable? Or is there a replacement for the whole crank assembly for this window? I don't know what the manufacturer of the window was, it's older.

Unforutnately, the nylon wheel on the end of the operator arm isn't replaceable. Depending on the length of your operator arm, you could have something like the 13-1/2" 39-013 or 9-1/2" 39-027E bronze operators. Review the images below compared to your assembly.
