I have attached two photos of the balance with my guess on the possible solution, 15-177. Best match I saw. Theses windows were distributed by ABC Vinyl early 2000's. Need two sets including top and coils. Thanks

You're correct, the 15-177 shoe is the modern version of your older, obsolete part. It will be compatible with all the same hardware and installs in more or less the same way, except that the spring goes inside those diagonal slits you see at the top. See our Series 152 for the matching spring.

Thanks for helping pick the right one. So, I have the shoe 15-177, 15-145 support barrel, S152-6 coil, 15-144 bushing cap. Has the pivot bar changed or can I use old, do I need all the above? The house is over 100+ miles round trip, want to have everything I need before I go up to change kitchen glass and balances. THanks

Nope, the old pivot bar should be fully compatible with the 15-177 shoe. You can even reuse the spring covers as long as they're still in good condition. Otherwise the 15-145, 15-144, and 15-143 should work fine. These snap together over the spring like a cartridge.
