Thanks for posting! Your channel balance assembly appears to be the Series 395 Channel Balance with a winged top guide and non-winged bottom shoe. Since yours is stamped with a 17 5, it is likely you channel measures 18", although you'll want to double check this. With that said, you'll most likely need the S395-18 with a 1750 stamp.

If your are referring to the take out clips, they are sold separately. You'll likely need part 16-002. If these are not the clips you are searching for, I'll need to see a photo of the your existing clips.
