Can you please help me find the right coil balance?

My coil balance has broken and I got everything off of the window and sash and hear it all is. Can you identify which part I need? T

he coils are 3/8" wide.

Thanks for posting. Please see our 15-199 shoe, 15-204 housing, and Series 165 coil spring. You will need to match the numbers printed on the end of the spring to determine the proper Series 165 option.

I have looked at every piece of the broken spring (inside and outside) and I have not seen any numbers located on it. Can you please advise?

In that case, tell me exactly how many springs are used for one sash, then tell me the weight of the sash. That will allow me to determine the right option.
