Need help identifying the pivot lock shoe I need. The the one on it is about 1/4" think, 1 1/4" wide, and 1 7/16" long. I think I'll also need the 26-378bar as my screw holes are 2" from the end of the "broken" T.

I believe I have a triple coil balance on this window. Both sides have failed. The coils are 3/4 inch wide, the cover is about 4 1/2 inches long. Not sure on the weight capacity I need but the window weighs about 22 pounds. I think I need the S-165 coils. If I replace both sides do I order six 4 pound capacity coils?

After looking on your website again, I'm pretty sure I need the 15-199 pivot shoe.

I agree, the 15-199 pivot shoe looks like a great match. As long as you have the Series 165 springs, I would also recommend the 15-205 cover.

Thanks! I figured things out from your website and other responses. Already received the parts and repaired the window. And I suggested you site to the window company that said they couldn't find parts to repair it!
