I also have many window cranks labeled 2108 for Anderson windows that have broke. I've attached photos. I'm in need of replacements but am having a hard time finding them. The plastic piece in the handle has broken off as well on most windows.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you show us a photo of the window open? We would like to see a shot of the operator's arms that move the window sash. If we can ID the operator first, that will help us determine the compatible handles.

Thank you for getting back to us with these photos, Kim. At first glance, your operator looks like the 39-315 and 39-316. However, your assembly has an offset arm. It also appears to use some kind of bracket that reminds me of the 39-553 and 39-554. I recommend you inspect the bracket to confirm if these are what you have.
If the brackets are what you have, the 39-329 and 39-330 could be better matches. These are compatible with the 39-232 handle (sold separately). Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
