Caradco Replacement

Question

I need a few LH and RH Caradco casement window operators. The length of the single arm is 14" and the roller is 7/8" diameter. Mine looks like your 39-013 and 39-014 but the arm is only 13.5" long. But that might work, what is the diameter of the end roller?

I don't think the 39-014 and 39-013 can work for you. The diameter of the roller at the end of your operator's arm is absolutely huge. I've never seen anything like it. I can tell you with confidence that nothing we have comes in that size.

Our 39-013 and 39-014 may work if you replace the track the operator slides on with the 39-505. Would that work for you? If not, can you show me a picture of the track you have on your sash now? That may at least point us in the right direction.
