Caradco operator with 12" arm

I have Caradco casement windows but the crank/arm measurement is longer than the example on your webside for that particular part and you seem to only carry the one size. The arm itself is approx. 12". Do you sell a larger/longer crank size or are they standard? The windows were installed in 1971.

If you could tell me if the standard arm size on the caradco windows is 9.5 and 13.5 that would probably solve my problem. Thanks Denise

Thanks, Denise. The closest match we have is our 39-013 and 39-014. I would wager you have these. Check our pictures to see how we measure the arm, I think you'll find your size matches up to ours.
