Caradco/Truth Crank Assemblies

Question

I am trying to match up some crank assemblies for Caradco windows. On the castings they say Truth and on worm wheels R30842 and L30842.

I am physcally in Wisconsin and the windows are in Kentucky. I believe the nominal width of each side of double casement window is 16" and I have others that I need with a nominal width of 24"

The 16" are in pics and mounted on centerline of casements.

The 24" are mounted to the left and right side of centerline.
