Case window crank

Question

Looks like 5" from center hinge to window hook up, but my mounting holes are only 3-1/8 centers

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-315 and 39-316. Your old operator is discontinued but these parts should work for you. Review the specifications and see what you think. We also have a video tutorial that will guide you through the replacement steps.
