I can only go by these pics.  Which parts do I need for replacement?

Take a look at our 39-315 and 39-316 Casement Operators to start. Look over the dimensions to see if these match what you need. We don't have an exact match for this crank handle your old operator uses, but see our 39-114L, 39-205, or 39-102. See if you'd be fine using one of these as a substitute.
