Casement Replacement Part

Hello,

I have three casement Windows that need new mechanisms.

The first pictures show one of two casement windows that are Simonton. I will need right and left with the complex arms seen in the pictures.

The third window is unknown manufacturer- made in New Jersey- this one is awning style with one arm. (3 pictures)

Any feedback on replacement parts would be appreciated. It seems pretty straightforward but I would like to reduce the trial and error with this project. I live near Morristown, NJ, so if brining the parts in is an option, I would do that also.

Hey, Nick.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Unfortunately, your Roto operator with a 7" long arm has been discontinued and no replacement is available at this time.

As for your other operator, it looks like you have either our 39-253LB & 39-253RB, or the 39-438B & 39-439B. Take a look at the video below that will help you choose the correct replacement.
