Hi, I am having trouble uploading a picture so I was wondering if you could help me with a Truth 45034 .... Has about a 12" Inch arm.

Are you looking for a casement window operator? I couldn't use that number to find a specific part, but I think you should start by looking at our 39-013 and 39-014. Check these parts out and see if they match.
