Casement Window Operator and Tie Bar Guides

Hello,

I'm looking for some assistance in identifying the correct replacement operators to purchase for my windows. I'm also looking for the replacement tie bar guides that will work. The pictures I've provide are for a right-hand swing but I also need the matching operator for the left-hand swing. Both act like they're stripped out and won't open or return the window. One of the pictures included shows the two windows I'm working on with the middle fixed glass. I appreciate your help!

We should be able to assist with replacement operators, but to further review, are you able to provide an additional picture of the window open where we can see a bird's eye view of the full operator arm?

We do not carry this exact tie bar guide, but start by reviewing the 39-448 or 39-417 to see how they compare. Thank you!
