Thanks for reaching out to us! The weather seal appears to be a match for either the 58-056E or the 58-201 compression foam seals. You'll need to compare each of their dimensions, on the website, to confirm the right fit.

This window operator is an older, discontinued GU window operator. To replace these we suggest using the 39-315 and 39-316 Truth Dyad Operators. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to complete the repair.

Thank you for the information.
I believe the Truth Dyad Operator will work.
As for the weather stripping. This is for a casement window (the window/glass side. not the house side) 58-086E appears to be close to the size. The issue is I need beige not bronze.
Can you help?

I'm sorry to say this seal is only available in bronze. Apologies that we cannot provide this seal in the exact specifications you need.

Just a comment to add to the homeowner in PA, I have had success replacing your type of weather seal with Swisco's 58-055 angle base bulb seal. As always it is important to compare the specs.
