Casement hinges
Thank you

I don't believe the 39-341 and 39-342 are correct. Looking at your photos, your operator looks closer to either our 39-253LB and 39-253RB (sold separately), or the 39-439B and 39-438B (also sold separately). The only difference between them is the end guide, which is not visible in your photos. Review the video below for more information on how these differ.
Regarding the hinge, can you tell me if the base track is 7"? That's the track that screws to the window frame. If so, that'd be very small for this window type. Please double check for me. 10" is far more common. You can see our full selection here.
Hi Tom,
You're right, the base track that screws to window is 13 inches with a 7 inch arm. I'll need a top and bottom for both right and left windows. Can I order both sets of hinges you recommend and send the one that isn't right back? Cornerstone is doing the install under Amerimax warranty.
Thanks for your help,
Rich
Great, thanks! We don't sell a 13" hinge but our 14" 36-049 should work well for this application. We also sell the 36-004-14 in stainless steel. Just note that you need to replace the top and bottom at the same time; you never want to mix old and new hinges.
In regards to the operators, if you'd prefer to buy both then you are free to do so within the limits of our return policy. You can see that here.
Hello again! So, they do make a stainless steel version of these operators, but right now we can only supply them as a special order. Can you tell me how many of each side (LH and RH) you wanted to buy? Once I know that, I can email you a special purchase link and price quote for each side. Thank you!
