Casement roller/bushing popping out of operator track

Handy Person from Lakewood, Illinois
I have 2 casement windows, both about 20 years old, where the roller/bushing is popping out of the operator track when the arm is cranked out to approx. the center of the track. Do you think it is an issue with the bushing/roller - or something else? If the bushing, is that available by itself? (part#?) The hardware is Truth Hardware Entrygard.
Thanks.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The roller may be worn or there could be damage to the track. If neither of those are the culprit, the window could be out of square. We recommend checking the hinges if that's the case.

I'm afraid we don't sell just the roller. We're happy to see if we can replace the track and/or the operators. We would need to see a photo of the window open so that the operator base and arms are fully visible.

Will these photos suffice?
Thanks

Thank you for the additional photos! It looks like you may have the 39-013 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Measure as shown below to see which one matches up. The 39-505 track is compatible with these operators as well.
