Casement window

Question

Hello, I have two casement windows and they are the same.  Very rusted and I would like to replace hardware.  Do you have parts and is it a DYI (I watched a few vids).

Thanks for posting. Yes, we can certainly help. This is absolutely a DYI job, though of course if in doubt a local pro can certainly help. The casement operator looks like either the 39-253RB (its opposite-handed version is the 39-253LB) or the 39-439B (the opposite-hand version is the 39-438B). These operators are identical save for the appendage at the end of the straight arm. See the video below for reference. See which matches what you have.
