Thanks for reaching out! The part with the most rust damage appears to be the casement window hinge. Although, I did notice that the rivet on the window operator seems to be rusted as well.
To recommend a replacement for the window hinge, I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.
The window operator appears to be a match for the 39-316 Truth Dyad Operator. The opposite version is the 39-315. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully look over the dimensions below.

Thanks for confirming. You'll need either the 36-048 or the 36-004-10 (stainless steel) to replace your window hinges. To determine which of these is the best replacement option, carefully look over their specifications and compare them.
Keep in mind, you will need to replace both the top and bottom hinges to ensure they are a match. Both of the recommended sets can be used for either right or left hand applications. My pleasure to assist!
