Casement window actuator

back of crank assembly just has a manufacture date (?) 03/19/19 05:25 B
and there is a letter D on the hinged arm.
I found a nearly identical part online, but it didn't have the black plastic slide at the end of the long arm. This slide appears to be permanently attached with a non-removable stainless steel rivet or some sort.
