Casement window crank

A home owner from Conn says:
I need to replace the crank, case, and handle. Handle seems to have a small "r" on it. On the bottom is the number 40055 and a window with a "T". The arm is 13 1/2" and the screw holes 3" apart.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! Based on your pictures and arm size, I think you have an older version of our 39-013. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

The opposite side would be the 39-014.
