Casement window crank

Question

I need to replace several sill Mount window cranks. I believe the 39-253RB is the correct item. However, the product I am replacing has the handle, cover and crank all integrated in a single unit. I have ordered from you in the past, but when I try to reset my password the link you send tells me it is invalid.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If your old operator uses the 39-529 track slider at the end of the arm then the 39-253RB is what you want. The 39-253LB is the part number for the opposite side. Note, we also sell the similar looking 39-438B & 39-439B which use a different guide at the end of the arm and is explained in the video below. You will also need the 39-451 and 39-452 since your old cover and handle are built into the base of the operator.
