Casement window crank mechanism

A quick learner from chicago, il says:
Need to replace the crank mechanism for casement windows. I don't know the maker. Original hardware. House was built in 1973. The original hard ware is a bronze color and the arm is about 13 inches long

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid I can't say what you need without seeing the original operator out of the window, from a bird's eye perspective so that we can see the link arm as well. Now, judging from what you've told me, it might be worth looking at our 39-013 and 39-014. I cannot at all guarantee if this is the right set for you, but the link arm is 13-1/2" long. Look them over and see what you think. If these are wrong, please show us a picture of the old operator. Many thanks.
