Casement window crank and base

The extender has the k look otters G-U on it. The windows are about 6' tall so there's a lot of pressure on this part when cranking it open. Because the base is broken the handle just spins with no effect on the window. What part do I need?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but would need to see a photo with the window open so that the arms that move the sash in and out are exposed. Once we can identify the operator you have, we'll be able to determine the handle and cover that it uses. Thank you!

Great, this operator has been discontinued for some time but take a look at our video below that will walk you through converting to new 39-315 and 39-316 operators.
