Hello I need both the right and left side cranks and a lock similar to pictures. The crank housing is 5/8" thick, 2 3/4" wide, 4" long. Name on it is TRUTH LH #45135. #31850 is on the arm.

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-315 and 39-316 operators. Compare the overall dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit!
Unfortunately I do not believe we can help with this style of lock. Seeing the lock uninstalled will help us confirm, but there is a good chance we do not have a replacement. If you would like to submit additional pictures, we'd be happy to review further.
