Casement window cranks (duel).

A quick learner from Wichita, KS says:
Worm gear has stripped on four of my window cranks.

Printed on the arm is: "Truth" and the number "6203."

On another support arm, "Entry Gard Truth" is printed

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears your windows use two different styles of operators.

For the picture labeled "Win 1", please take a look and compare the dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 operators.

For the operator in the picture labeled "Win 3", are you able to show us a picture of the base? Thank you!

A quick learner from Wichita, KS says:
What is the "base?"

Hello,

The base of the operator is where the crank handle connects to. Thank you!

A quick learner from Wichita, KS says:
I do have another question about the window crank. All the windows in the house have a track for the arm to travel in, except two large windows. They have the arm screwed into a stationary bracket on the windows (see pics). Which product would be able to go on these windows?

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-315 and 39-316 operators along with the 39-545 and 39-546 snap-stud brackets. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
