Hi, there is no name or label on the window but the device arm has a GU with two diagonal chevrons imprinted on it

Hello,

Your GU operators were discontinued a while back but we do offer suitable replacements. Take a look at the 39-315 and 39-316 operators shown in the conversions video below. We also offer the 39-205 folding handle used with these operators. Thanks for posting!
