Thanks for writing in! Your casement window operator reminds me of our rear mount operator part 39-023 and its opposite handed version, part 39-022. This operator has an 11" arm and a wheel on the end of the arm. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing operator to determine if this is the right replacement.

The compatible crank handle is part 39-114L.

Thank you. I will check it this evening.

I added a picture of the handle and the slide that is on the sill

Looks like that could be it. See the added pictures.

I will need the other bar that goes to the bottom of the window at the corner and the piece that mounts to the sill.

Do you have a picture of the bottom corner of a window and how it attaches to the bar? Most are rusted out and didn't want to take a chance of taking out a window to look at it. I hope that it can still attach to the window.

Do you do phone calls? It maybe quicker at this point.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to confirm that these are the correct parts using the information you've provided. I understand wanting to proceed with caution given the state of the hardware, however, any guess I can give in regard to the measurements would be the same as yours. Especially since the parts are being obstructed by the window frame.

To get an accurate measurement, you will likely need to remove the parts from the window.

The part from the sill that you've included is part of the casement window hinge. Given that this part is completely disconnected, it is likely you'll need to replace this as well. You will need to compare the measurements from your hinge to those shown in the diagram below.

The existing casement hinge is different. See pictures

Do you know how the bottom corner of the window attaches to the slide? They are rusted enough that I can't tell. It would help to have an idea so I don't damage it further

I believe you may be referring to the hinge track. It isn't likely that we'll be able to provide you with an exact match for the hinge you have, however, ours should still work fine as a suitable replacement. You would need to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure the window continues to function properly. They can be used for the right or left side of the window.

Take a look at the video below for an idea on how these casement windows are installed.
