Casement window hardware replacement

A handy person from Roswell GA says:
Good morning.

I need to replace a few operators and latched for my casement windows and am having a difficult time deciding what I need to order. Please review the pictures attached and let me know what else you may need to help me make this decision.

I am selling my house hopefully next Monday and need to do this as a part of my inspection. Time is of the essence.

THANK YOU

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! Looks like you have some old fashioned parts, but our modern products should work just as well. See our 39-013 and 39-014 operators as well as the 38-097 and 38-098 locks.

Please note that these new locks will not be compatible with your old keepers, so you'll also need the new 38-079.

Please let me know if you had any questions.
