Casement window hardware replacement-manufacturer unknown (no ID info on window)

Question

We moved into this house (built in '78 +-) and 12 casement windows all do not operate. Seems the controllers are broken.
Attached are three photos - 2 of the controller, and 1 of the window.
Any help is appreciated!

Thank you for posting. From the photos you have attached, you are showing us our #39-013 bronze casement window operator. You might also need the other direction operator, #39-014. The handle is #39-114L. We believe this is what you are searching for.
