Casement window hardware will not open

Home Owner from Arkansas
Hi. I have similar, if not exact, hardware currently installed in my casement windows (pictures attached). Most of the handles are stripped and the windows will not open. My question is, do I need to disassemble the crank and locking mechanisms and measure prior to ordering or can I safely order the items mentioned above? (ie. has the hardware been verified to work as biltbest replacements?) Other than the hardware, my windows are in great shape. I have never tackled a job like this and I'm a bit hesitant. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for posting! We can help with this operator, however I do have some bad news. This is an older style that isn't made anymore. We sell operators that may replace it, however  you will likely have to make a new wood will cover to work with it, since they're a different design. There are other possible adaptations, depending on what you choose to go with. You may want to contact a local professional with assistance for this project.

The operators we sell that might replace this will depend on arm size. See our 13-1/2" long 39-013 and 9-1/2" long 39-027E to start.
