Casement window needs new dual arm operator

A home owner from Jacksonville, Fl says:
Can you help from my photos? I have house built 2008 cannot identify window manufacturer. Have photo of good operator, the faulty operator has rusted through the arm and I am afraid to open it . If this isn't enough info, I will try to find an installer.

I believe we can. I recommend you have a look at the 39-253RB & 39-253LB or 39-438B & 39-439B. The best match will depend on the guide used at the end of the arm which is explained in the video below. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
