Casement window opener

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I can't be certain without photos, but that code has been associated with the our 39-013 and 39-014 Casement Window Operators. These have a 13-1/2" arm, so compare that and the other dimensions listed on the product page with your old operator to see if they match up. If not, feel free to provide a picture of the entire operator, including the arm(s), removed from the window, and we will try and narrow it down for you.
