Casement window operator

Question

This operator got a bit "sloppy" and I was able to adjusted with a hammer. But I would like to replace it . The long arm is about 11 1/2 inches long. That's about what I know.

Hey there!

This looks like either our 39-253LB & 39-253RB or the 39-438B & 39-439B. The difference between these two sets of operators is the appendage at the end of the straight arm. The video below will help you choose the correct replacement.
