Casement window operator

Question

I think the manufacturer is Truth, but I can't identify a part number or a site to purchase a replacement. Any suggestions?

Your operator resembles either the 39-253RB and 39-253LB or the 39-438B and 39-439B. The main difference between the two styles is the guide at the end of the straight arm. Please review the video below for more information.
