Left side located dual arm window operator with gear/handle on the left side. Smooth white with covered internals.

Hey there. This might be the 39-253LB and 39-253RB, or the 39-438B and 39-439B, depending on whatever appendage was at the end of the straight arm. See below. For new handle and covers, see the 39-451 and 39-452.
