As you can see in the photo, the the first teeth on the gear are pretty worn making the window difficult to operate. It has gotten stripped over time because the crank operates in the opposite direction that most feel it should.
Any chance you can help me order a replacement? I live on an island with experienced craftsman, etc. in very short supply so its pretty much left to me to do the replacement.
On another window, the arm has 30818 stamped on it but I haven't found similar markings on this particular window.

Your operator resembles either the 39-438B and 39-439B or the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators. The difference between these two styles is the guide at the end of the straight arm. Please review the video below that goes into more detail.
