Casement window replacement parts

Question

I purchased an Ellipse style operator arm (#39-0273).as a replacement for a Truth (#45251).

Everything matches up except the roller at the end of the arm. The replacement roller is thicker and plastic, where as the older arm uses a thin steel roller.

Did I order the wrong part, or do I need to to order a new TRACK to accept the thicker plastic roller?

The 39-027E was the incorrect part in this case, yes. I would instead recommend the 39-365, which is the same design as the 39-027E but with the thin wheel at the end of the arm. We also sell the 39-366 for the opposite side, if you needed it.
