Casement windows

Question

This is the style on all my windows...I can get the exact measurment of the arm...the end has the circular head that slides in the track across the bottom of the window. I can get the left to right and width dimensions of the handle base to confirm that. Was hoping you could narrow down my choices and then we can zero in our selection. Majority of the handles are stripped and not working...figured on changing the mechanism if that's the best route based on aged. Just let me know. Thank you
