Casement windows parts

Several numbers written on parts, 20810A and 31368 on one and 20810, R30842 on the other. Original problem, window wouldn't open when turning handle and then the handle fell off. Thank you for your help.

Please review the 39-035 and 39-036 operators. Compare the dimensions to your originals to confirm a good fit! Also see the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
