I have a certainteed casement window (installed 1999) that hinges on the left (when viewing from inside). The crank mechanism has the gear stripped and the bottom hinge is broke.
I am looking for replacement parts to repair the window. Would need price, lead time, and a picture of the parts to confirm they are what I need.

Hi there!
It looks like you have either our 39-253LB & 39-253RB, or the 39-438B & 39-439B. Take a look at the video below that will help you choose the correct replacement.
If you need new hinges, please see our 36-048 and compare our dimensions to yours to see how they match up. Just be sure to replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
