Thanks for reaching out to us. This reminds me of the 39-253LB & 39-253RB or the 39-438B & 39-439B operators. The best match depends on the design of the guide used at the end of the long arm. The video below will go over this. Please note that the 39-451 and 39-452 are sold separately. I recommend you review the specifications and compare them with yours to see how they align. 

It also looks like your old operator may use a detach clip. Our operators don't use a detach clip since the compatible brackets are the 39-545 and 39-546 which snap onto the link arm so you might have to reuse yours.
