Looking to identify the replacement for the channel balance in the photos.
32c is stamped on there. The spring is 17in. The clip on end of string is pictured above, and different than what you have pictured on your website for the part I think I need.

Your assessment is spot on! We can, absolutely, make this balance configuration for you, however, this will need to be a custom order balance. Specifically, you will need the S795-32 Channel Balance with a 15-198 Hook attached; the balance will come equipped with the shoe. Keep in mind, there is an order minimum of (2) balances per customer.
