Channel Balance

Question

I ordered some from you for a 26" window but the end hooks are not the same....i need the hook style end if possible.  Any suggestions?  Thank You!

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you're referring to a hook like the 15-198. I'm assuming your balance uses a t-lock shoe like the Series 795 does. Can you confirm? Can you also tell me the number of balances you're looking to order?
